We offer a standard Five Visit or Three Visit program.

Our visits, which begin in early spring and wrap up in late fall, include:

Fall Core Aeration

Our Professional Turf Fertilizer can provide up to 8 weeks of fertilization for your lawn. We do offer soil sampling for troubled lawns to determine your needs. Also ask about our soil amendments to give your lawn a boost!

* Something to be aware of — Pre-Emergent Weed Control does not control all weeds. Some weeds can only be controlled by Post-Emergent Spray.

Core Aeration‍

Breathe new life into your lawn with Iowa Lawn Pro's core aeration service, which is recommended as part of your annual lawncare health plan, with optional overseeding. Most times we aerate in fall or spring. However, if you're wanting to overseed in conjunction with aeration, then fall is best.

You might be wondering, "Why does my lawn need core aeration?" It's because over time, your soil becomes compacted. This is especially true if you have a newer house with clay soil. This compaction impedes the movement of air, water and nutrients to the grass roots.
